Bury Those Big Projects

If major repairs or minor updates to your home are needed, who are you going to call?  You could attempt a contractor, but unless you are spending thousands of dollars, some contractors won’t “waste their time” because of their overhead costs or at minimum, they will mark up the cost of any sub-contractors hired.  You could then attempt to call each pro yourself and stay on top of and follow through with each one.  Have some siding repair needed while you want to upgrade the exterior lights, fix a few window screens, put in a new front door and storm door, then paint the exterior? You could call a siding company, an electrician, a window repair company, a framer, and a painter then work with each one to get each job done in order and manage payments and jobs with each.  Or call me and get them all done.  No subcontractor mark up, no multiple invoices, no worry about which order the jobs are done, and no dealing with multiple businesses.

Have another small project idea that’s not listed? Just ask and let’s see if we can work together.
